How does it work?

Once your file is uploaded it is analysed automatically to determine which profile to apply in order to give you the best conversion possible.
The file is then converted using the world’s leading motion-compensated frame rate conversion tools to give you incredible results. Once finished you’re sent an email to let you know when it’s ready to download.

How much does it cost?

Our conversions are priced by the minute with a minimum charge of £15 per HD file and £35 per UHD file. The prices are:
- Per HD Output Minute: £2.50
- Per UHD Output Minute: £6.00

My upload / download speeds are slow
Answer
There could be a number of factors affecting your upload and download speeds. First off please follow this link to SpeedTest to check the speed of your internet connection. We would recommend having speeds of at least 150 Mbps for Upload and Download (approximately 1hr 25min download for an 80Gb file).
My conversion has expired and I now can’t see it in My Jobs

These things happen. Please send us an email or fill out the Contact us form below with your email and file name and we will try and retrieve it for you. The system deletes files that are older than 14 days from the date of conversion but we can help.
What files can I convert?
Answer
Our platform can convert a wide range of files. You can upload and of these types of files .MXF .MOV .MTS .MJ2 .MP4 .MPG with the following codecs Apple ProRes 422 LT / Proxy / 422 / 422 HQ / 4444 / 4444 XQ / Avid DNx HD / HR / JPEG 2000 / DV AVC-I / IMX / XDCAM-HD / XAVC H264. You can upload files as big as 500gb and let us do the rest.
